With nearly a decade of communications experience, Will Hampson has carved out a reputation as an effective communicator able to thrive in high leverage and chaotic situations. His career spans key roles on Capitol Hill and in some of the nation’s most challenging Senate races, where he has honed his skills in messaging and media relations. Will has played a pivotal role in high-stakes campaigns, including serving in senior communications positions for notable figures such as former U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions, Herschel Walker, and Senator Rick Scott. He has also served in senior roles for multiple members of Congress. Will is an alumnus of Alabama A&M University, where he lettered on the Division 1 baseball team. He’s also an avid Buffalo Bills fan, showing his loyalty remains strong even when pushed to the limit.
