About Shelby

Shelby Hanson began her career in Tallahassee, FL at the Florida Department of State, where she served as the Communications and Marketing Manager for former Florida Secretary of State, Laurel Lee. Shelby played a role in shaping the department’s public image and communication strategies during the 2020 presidential election cycle.

Shelby then transitioned to the historic DeSantis 2022 re-election campaign as the Deputy Scheduling Director, handling travel logistics, staff coordination, and scheduling requests.

Shelby graduated from Saint Leo University in Tampa, FL, where she earned her degrees in Marketing and Communication. She currently resides in Washington, DC.
