A seasoned political consultant and media strategist known for her ability to deliver high-impact wins for high-stakes clients, Megan Fitzmartin joins P2 as a Vice President. She has deep experience working with statewide and national candidate campaigns, ballot initiatives, and SuperPACs.
Most recently, Megan served as Senior Advisor to the Speaker of the Ohio House of Representatives, where she oversaw the policy and communications teams and built coalitions that drove major legislative victories. Previously, she worked at a nationally recognized media agency, partnering with clients on successful statewide campaigns across the country. Megan has also led winning efforts for the Ohio House Republican campaign organization across multiple cycles. She began her career in the Office of the Governor of Ohio, ultimately serving as the Director of Boards and Commissions.
Megan holds a Bachelor of Arts in political science from The Ohio State University.
