About Katherine

Katherine Neal is a project management, nonprofit, and public affairs professional with more than a decade of political and government experience at both the state and federal levels.

Before joining P2, Katherine served as the Executive Director of the 30 Day Fund, a 501(c)(3) organization which raised nearly $50 million and helped thousands of small businesses across the country survive the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Katherine began her career as Director of Scheduling for former Virginia Governor Bob McDonnell and has since worked for a variety of elected leaders, candidates for office, and political organizations including the Republican State Leadership Committee (RSLC) and the Republican Attorneys General Association (RAGA).

Katherine attended The University of Mississippi and Virginia Commonwealth University and holds a degree in mass communications.
