About Jess

Jess West is a policy, communications, marketing, and political affairs professional with experience at the state, national, and international levels.

Jess began her career as a Virginia Governor’s Fellow under Governor Glenn Youngkin in the Office of the Secretary of Health and Human Resources where she continued there as a Special Assistant working on policy, communications, and marketing for the Secretary.

Jess also worked on the DeSantis 2024 Presidential campaign in their marketing and communications departments. Additionally, Jess interned with the U.S. State Department’s Mission to NATO in their political section under Ambassador Kay Bailey Hutchison.

Jess is a graduate of Liberty University where she studied international relations: politics and policy, Spanish, and global studies.
