About Jess

Jess began her career as a Virginia Governor’s Fellow under Governor Glenn Youngkin in the Office of the Secretary of Health and Human Resources where she continued there as a Special Assistant working on policy, communications, and marketing for the Secretary. Following her time there, Jess went to Florida to work on the DeSantis 2024 Presidential campaign in their marketing and communications departments. Additionally, in 2020, Jess interned with the US State Department’s Mission to NATO in their political section under Ambassador Kay Bailey Hutchison.

Jess is a graduate of Liberty University where she studied International Relations: Politics and Policy, Spanish, and Global Studies and held various roles in Student Government including serving as Student Body Vice President and running three successful student body campaigns. Jess is from Chicago and resides in Richmond, Virginia.
