About Generra

Generra Peck holds more than a decade of experience leading complex political, communications, and issue campaigns. She served as campaign manager on Florida Governor Ron DeSantis’ historic 2022 re-election where the Governor won by nearly 20 points, including winning women, Hispanics, and Independents by record margins. She has advised dozens of political and issue campaigns and served in senior roles in government and nonprofit organizations, including four years as an advisor to former Virginia Governor Bob McDonnell. She’s run winning issue campaigns to advance conservative policies at the local, state, and national level. Generra’s specialty is taking complex issues and executing the most effective political and communications tactics to achieve results. In between campaigns, Generra earned her MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business. She graduated from the University of Richmond. She lives in Richmond, Virginia.
