About Generra

A founder of P2 Public Affairs, Generra Peck is an expert in politics, communications, and issue campaigns with more than a decade of experience achieving results and winning complex issues.

She served as Campaign Manager on Governor Ron DeSantis’ historic 2022 re-election, where the Governor won by nearly 20 points including winning women, Hispanics, and Independents by record margins.

She has advised dozens of political and issue campaigns and served in senior roles in government and nonprofit organizations, including four years as an advisor to former Governor Bob McDonnell. She ran winning issue campaigns to advance conservative policies at the local, state, and national level.

Generra earned her Master of Business Administration from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business. She graduated from the University of Richmond.
