With nearly ten years of experience working on political and public affairs campaigns, Eloise Gibbens joins P2 as a Managing Director. She was previously the Vice President of Operations at a voter contact and public affairs firm where she oversaw messaging, design, and copywriting for various campaigns from statewide to national races, issue advocacy campaigns, and corporate work.
Eloise has extensive experience developing creative concepts for various campaigns and enjoys working through this process with clients.
Eloise holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Political Science from Appalachian State University in Boone, North Carolina.
