A veteran political strategist with an extensive background in both communications and policy, Bess Toole joins P2 as a Vice President. Bess has crafted creative content and paid media strategies for candidates up and down the ballot and for causes across the country. She has served on statewide campaigns and as Chief of Staff to the previous Virginia House Majority Leader.
Most recently, Bess served as a Vice President at a national consulting firm, advising clients on policy issues before the Legislature and Executive Branch.
She is a graduate of James Madison University with a degree in International Affairs and Political Communication.
