Alexa Henning is a seasoned political communications strategist with over a decade of experience across the highest levels of government and political campaigns. Most recently, she served as Communications Director to Arkansas Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders. Prior to this role, Henning held key positions such as Deputy Chief of Staff and Spokesperson for U.S. Senator Ron Johnson from Wisconsin, as well as Senior Advisor to his successful 2022 re-election campaign.

Henning’s prior significant roles are serving as Director of Media Affairs for the Donald J. Trump for President Campaign in 2020, and earlier, as Special Assistant to the President and White House Director of Broadcast Media during the Trump administration. She began her career with U.S. Senator Ted Cruz of Texas, whom she worked for in Washington D.C. in his Senate office and then in Houston as part of his presidential campaign.

A native of Dallas, Texas, Henning is a graduate of the University of Missouri, bringing a wealth of experience in strategic communication, governmental affairs, and political engagement to her roles.
