WASHINGTON, DC (June 3, 2026)  – P2 Public Affairs is proud to announce the addition of Noah Sadlier. 

Noah Sadlier joins P2 as a Vice President. Noah is a seasoned communications and crisis strategist with extensive experience in political campaigns, Capitol Hill, and conservative politics. 

Noah most recently served as communications director for Senator Pete Ricketts. He also previously worked for Congressman John James as both his senior advisor and Communications Director in his congressional office and on his campaign. On Capitol Hill, he served prominent members such as former Energy and Commerce Committee Chairman Fred Upton, Congressman Mike Garcia, and Congressman Peter Meijer. 

Noah holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Theory and Constitutional Democracy with a Minor in International History from Michigan State University’s James Madison College.
